Asana Workflow & Collaboration Upgrade

I’ve relied on Asana for several years, yet our usage has plateaued and the platform still feels under-utilised. Over a focused one-to-two-week sprint I want to push Asana to the next level, specifically by streamlining task management and strengthening day-to-day collaboration.

The priorities are clear:
• Build automated workflows that remove manual hand-offs, using Rules, custom templates and, where useful, light API/Zapier hooks.
• Surface meaningful insights through enhanced reporting—dashboards, saved searches and portfolio views that let me spot bottlenecks at a glance.
• Make communication inside tasks effortless and timely. This means optimised comment threads, sensible @-mention practices, and real-time notifications that reach the right people without noise.

Deliverables
1. Discovery session and audit of our current Asana workspace.
2. Implementation of agreed workflows, reports and notification settings in a live environment.
3. Improve our job costing and timesheets .

Acceptance criteria
– Establishing job costing and improve the workflows
– At least three actionable dashboards exist for project status, workload and overdue tasks.
– Ensuring timesheets of our employees connect with the job costing
