I want to package a repeatable half-day (optionally full-day) session that introduces Agile thinking and Scrum mechanics to colleagues who currently have only a basic grasp of the terms.
The finished product should:
• Explain the fundamentals of Agile and Scrum in clear, engaging language.
• Highlight practical collaboration techniques that the team can put to work immediately.
• Ground every concept in real-life examples or short, energising exercises.
• Come in an easy-to-reuse format—well-structured slide deck (PowerPoint, Google Slides or Keynote) plus facilitator notes, timing cues and printable hand-outs for the exercises.
I’m picturing a flow that opens with the Agile manifesto, walks through roles, events and artefacts, then pivots to hands-on activities (e.g. mini-sprint planning, estimation games, retrospective radar). By the close of the session, attendees should be able to describe the Scrum framework end-to-end and see exactly how it can improve our delivery rhythm.
