Agile Pharma Project Manager Needed

My portfolio of agile initiatives for pharmaceutical clients is expanding quickly, and I need experienced support to keep every workstream on track. All projects follow Scrum-style sprints and are run inside Smartsheet.com, so fluency with that platform is essential from day one.
Your day-to-day focus will revolve around three core areas: keeping the delivery team in sync, keeping the client informed, and keeping scope under control. Because the environment is highly regulated, proactive management of change creep and a sharp eye on organisational design impacts are critical to success.
Deliverables I will use to measure progress
• Sprint plans and retrospective summaries published in Smartsheet.com each week
• A consolidated client status report (risks, issues, next steps) delivered every Friday
• Updated scope baseline and change log whenever a new request is raised or reprioritized
• Recommendations on organizational design adjustments that arise from project findings
Acceptance Criteria
– All artifacts live in the shared Smartsheet.com workspace with correct tagging and version history
– Stakeholders confirm receipt of weekly status within 24 hours of distribution
– No open scope changes older than one sprint without an approved action plan
