I shot a couple of videos and need them turned into few 15-30sec Instagram Reels (slow mo)

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my project. I have shot a couple of videos and need them edited into 15-30 second Instagram Reels with a slow motion effect. The total duration of the videos ranges from 30 seconds to 3 minutes. I have specific requirements for these reels and will be providing the details to the chosen freelancer. I trust their expertise for adding text and special effects to the Instagram Reels so it will be up to them to choose how they want to present the videos.
