I need a you tube editor for an adventure channel

We are about to start a travel/adventure YouTube account and would like to outsource the video editing. All videos will be supplied along with a general outline of the direction we would like the episode to take. Each episode will be 30 - 45 minutes completed and we would be looking to pump out an episode a fortnight to start with, then moving forward to one a week if possible.
