I need a CGI developer, who can edit with green screens and on the human body

I am filming a teaser trailer for a basketball video. However, this teaser trailer is a cool aspect as it is narrated by "the voice of God". The concept is me walking through a dark lit room with an orange light on my face and my silhouette. I appear in the dark room and a small blue and gold portal opens as the narrator speaks to me. I touch the portal and the gold markings come onto my body and the CGI gold markings cover up like the picture sent. Then, the camera goes behind me and my jersey name and number flashes bright gold.
I will put a green screen on the portal place so you can edit it and make it look real.
for the gold markings I wonder how you will recreate it with CGI on my skin. Let me know if you want me to draw anything on myself to make it easier.
