make video animations from still images

We have a series of still images that need to be turned into 2 minutes of slow moving, looping video. In the style of the image and video posted below. This needs to be done quickly but with artistic attention, meticulously following simple briefs. As output, per project we need 3000 frames rendered to .tiff at 2K size and the After effects and/or Cinema 4D compatible source files. There are 80 images in total, deadline is mid February for the full 80. Asignment can be split in four. We start with a test of one video. If the output is to our liking, we can discuss in increments of 20, depending on delivery speed. Bid for 20 videos. Clearly state the estimate time you need per increment of 20.
