Overview:
We’re in the process of developing a website for our AAU (youth) basketball program and are looking for a skilled photo editor to help enhance our visual content. We have a large amount of game film and need someone who can extract and enhance 100–200 high-resolution action shots from that footage for use on our website and in marketing materials.
What We Need:
• A creative and detail-oriented individual experienced in:
• Extracting quality stills from sports game film
• Enhancing and editing action shots for clarity, sharpness, lighting, and aesthetic appeal
• Delivering web-ready high-resolution images
• Must be familiar with fast-paced sports imagery and able to capture key moments
• Final images should reflect the energy and competitiveness of youth basketball
• Ability to deliver a clean, professional look consistent with a strong brand identity
Initial Trial:
Before committing to the full batch of images, we’d like to hire someone for an initial 1-hour trial to confirm it’s possible to achieve the level of quality we’re aiming for. This will help ensure that our expectations and your capabilities are aligned before moving forward with the full project.
Deliverables:
• 100–200 edited and enhanced high-quality action photos (pending successful trial)
• All images optimized for both web and print use
• Consistent, polished look suitable for both our website and marketing purposes
