I’m starting a YouTube channel that will follow the exact same style and format as https://www.youtube.com/@AyoZan3 — but with one goal: To outperform them.
We’re looking for an editor who’s not just good — we want someone who’s hungry to be the best. If you can deliver crisp pacing, emotional punches, engaging storytelling, and trending visuals, you're exactly who we need.
? What You’ll Get:
$40 per video (average ~15 minutes long)
Pay raises over time as we grow together
Long-term collaboration — I run multiple channels and always need reliable editors
Option to earn extra for thumbnails — if you can replicate trending styles like AyoZan’s thumbnails, we’ll negotiate a separate thumbnail rate
Creative freedom to bring your own flair, as long as it fits the style
✅ Requirements:
Can edit exactly like AyoZan or better
Watched the Invincible TV series (we’ll be using that content/style heavily)
Skilled with After Effects for clean motion graphics and punchy transitions
Experience with YouTube editing and avoiding copyright issues
Understands viewer retention, pacing, and keeping content binge-worthy
Good communication and able to meet deadlines consistently

We’ll provide you with a 1-minute sample script
Your task: Create a 1-minute edit using that script and (ideally) Invincible footage to show us what you can do.
Please also include:
Portfolio or examples of your previous work that might be similar
What software you use?
Your turnaround time for a 15-minute video?
