We are looking to hire a professional videographer and photographer for a two-day flea market wedding event happening in about a month. The scope of work includes:
Videography Requirements:
- Same-Day Highlight Reel (1–5 minutes): Fast-paced, energetic, showcasing the atmosphere with upbeat music. Purpose: For Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook during the event.
- Full Event Highlight/Recap Video (2–4 minutes): Story-driven edit featuring crowd shots, vendor booths, special performances, and interviews/testimonials (if possible). Purpose: For YouTube, event website, and sponsor promotion after the event.
Photography Requirements:
- A mix of candid and posed shots.
- Deliverables: Raw photos.
Additional Requirement:
- All final files must be delivered via Google Drive.
Timeline:
All deliverables can be finalized and delivered after the event.
