Video creating.

I am in need of a video creator to produce an advertising video for me. I have an idea for the video but do not have a script. Ideally, I would like it to be in MP4 format. I'm looking for someone who is creative and has a good understanding of the type of video I am trying to create. Experience with creating videos for advertising purposes would be a plus. I want the video to be totally inspired in another video I like from another company (attached). I need it in black and white colors and to include my company logo at the end (attached).

Basically, I want something very similar but avoiding copyright problems.
