Video based on the slideshow

I need to create a high-quality commercial video (around 1 min) based on the storyboard attached. The video will include motion, stock footage and animation to explain the story of our product (AI processor). The video should be done in Premiere Pro (without audio). Skills will require editing the stock footage, creating your own motion (for example movement of the audio waves or neural network processor) and Typography to highlight the messages.
