AI Video Production: Full-time Editors Wanted

Full-Time AI Video Editors & Producers – Long-Term Positions (40 hrs/week)
We're a US-based premium AI video production company seeking multiple dedicated full-time team members for ongoing work—not a one-off project. We've locked in long-term client partnerships across real estate, insurance, brand storytelling, and character-driven animation that ensure consistent production year-round.

A Note on Communication:
We will verify English proficiency during the interview process. If you're relying on AI to write your application or communicate with us, this isn't the right fit—clear English is essential for interpreting client briefs and collaborating with our team daily. We're looking for real people, not polished bot responses.
What We Need:
Relentless quality standards—you catch artifacts, background warping, unnatural blinking, and awkward lip-sync before anyone else. Color correction and lighting continuity are part of your process, not afterthoughts.
Multi-tool fluency across platforms like Kling, VEO, Runway, Pika, HeyGen, Sora, and others. You choose based on the creative challenge, not convenience, and combine outputs strategically.
Strong post-production chops in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve. Pacing, sound design, compositing, motion graphics, captions—the full package.
Daily Work Includes:

Lifelike avatar creation with accurate lip-sync and believable movement
Translating scripts and client briefs into polished video across corporate, cinematic, and commercial tones
Rigorous self-QC before delivery

Rate: $15-35/hour based on experience
Hours: 40/week, ongoing
