Urgent Grant Video Editing
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I have separate clips from our Perth and Sydney founders that now need to become one polished, 3-minute submission video for a government grant. The single priority is that every mandatory point in the grant brief is covered clearly and concisely, so the edit must feel tight, logical and on-message.
The finished piece should look professional and formal—think clean lower-thirds, subtle motion graphics if they help transitions, and smooth colour & audio matching between the two locations. While the content is factual, I’d still like you to lean on visual storytelling: cutaways to product shots, simple icon overlays or animated text can break up talking-head sections and keep the viewer engaged without drifting into anything overly casual.
Assets you will receive by 5pm AEDT Saturday 17th January:
• footage from each city (approx. 12 minutes total)
• Our draft script with time-coded notes on where each grant criterion is addressed
• Logo, brand colours and a royalty-free soundtrack already licensed
What I need back by 21 January (or earlier if possible):
• One export-ready MP4, max 3:00 duration, 1080p
• Source project file (Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve—whichever you prefer)
• Captions file (SRT or VTT)
A single review round is fine; the deadline is tight, so clear communication and quick tweaks will be key. If you’re confident you can pull a compelling, grant-ready story out of the raw footage on this timeline, I’d love to work with you.
