Two Day Training Class Filming (MUST BE ON SITE)
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need complete video coverage of a two-day classroom training on Tuesday 4/28 and Wednesday4/29, roughly eight hours each day at Residence Inn by Marriott Portland Clackamas, 9191 SE Sunnyside Road, Clackamas, Oregon, USA, 97015 . The session is straight classroom training, held classroom format with trainees and with an instructor presenting slides and demonstrations to about twenty participants.
Your task is to capture the full 16 hours with clear, intelligible audio and steady, well-lit visuals.
Deliverables
• Continuous HD (1080p or higher) footage for both days
• Clean audio of the instructor plus room questions (lav or boundary mics)
• At least one locked-off wide shot and a roaming or secondary angle for close-ups
• All raw files handed over on an external drive before leaving on 4/29
Please bring cameras, tripods, audio kit, and minimal lighting appropriate for a fluorescent-lit classroom. Power outlets are available.

• Confirmation you are available for the full hours on both dates
• Camera make/model so I can verify post-production compatibility
