Spitfire Flight Video Reel

I'm looking for a highlight reel video (or something a little longer) of my husband's 40th birthday Spitfire flight in Blackpool.
We are traveling from Scotland on 23rd June for the flight, and I will take some iPhone video footage of his excitement in the morning. I'd then love to be able to meet someone at Blackpool airport who can take over with video and images, then piece it all together in a nice final version.
Requirements:
- Highlight reel format or maybe longer.
- Include background music: Specific piece from The Battle of Britain movie
- Add text overlays if needed
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Video editing expertise
- Ability to sync specific music with video
- Creative with text overlays
