We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced After Effects artist to create a series of attractive and informative explainer videos. This program is designed for adult Latina women undergoing breast cancer treatment, focusing on strategies to manage sadness, sleep problems, and fatigue.
The series will consist of approximately 25 short videos (1 to 3 minutes each), over six weeks. Each video will cover specific health and wellness topics, including:
Relaxation techniques (deep breathing, mindfulness meditation, grounding exercises, sensory relaxation)
Insomnia management (sleep education, habits, problematic thoughts, communication with doctors)
Fatigue management (energy conservation, coping strategies, cognitive restructuring, communication with doctors)
Emotional distress/depressed mood (understanding symptoms, behavioral activation, coping strategies, communication with doctors)
The goal is to simplify complex health information and empower patients with practical self-management tools through captivating and clear animations, with the option to use high-quality After Effects templates as a base to streamline the process and optimize the budget.
Key Responsibilities:
-Create visually appealing and high-quality animations in After Effects based on the provided Spanish scripts.
-Collaborate with our team to maintain a consistent visual style and message across the video series.
Requirements:
-Proficiency in Adobe After Effects: Extensive experience in motion graphics and visual effects, with the ability to efficiently adapt and customize templates.
-Fluent in Spanish: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish are essential, as all content will be in Spanish.
-Experience in Educational Content: Proven track record in developing educational or explainer videos, particularly for health or medical topics.
-Strong Animation and Design Skills: A portfolio demonstrating diverse animation styles, attention to detail, and effective storytelling through visuals, including the ability to work with and modify existing templates.
-Ability to Simplify Complex Topics: Demonstrated skill in making intricate information accessible and engaging for a non-specialized audience.
Deliverables:
-Completed, high-resolution video files for each animated script.
-All original After Effects project files (.aep) and any associated assets (e.g., source illustrations, vectors, fonts) used in the creation of the videos.
