Skilled Video Editor for Real Estate YouTube Channel
Budget: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 INR
We are looking for a skilled video editor to help produce long-form videos and vertical Shorts for a real estate YouTube channel targeting families upsizing to premium and luxury homes in Northeast Florida (Jacksonville, St. Johns, Nocatee, etc.).
You will:
- Edit 2 long-form YouTube videos per month (8–12 minutes each).
- Repurpose long-form footage into 4 vertical Shorts/Reels per month (under 60 seconds each).
- Apply clean color grading, modern typography, lower thirds, smooth transitions, and subtle zoom-ins to maintain viewer retention.
- Source and overlay royalty-free, high-quality background music.
Requirements:
- Proven portfolio editing real estate videos, neighborhood tours, or luxury lifestyle content.
- Fast turnaround time (3–5 days per video).
- Excellent communication and ability to follow a brand style guide.
- Experience formatting videos for both 16:9 (YouTube) and 9:16 (Shorts) ratios.
You will:
