Simple Background Rotoscoping
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I have a short clip that needs a clean matte so I can swap in a new background. The existing background is static, with no complex elements or fast motion, so the task is purely about tracing accurate, feather-free edges around the foreground subject and delivering a ready-to-use alpha channel.
Footage will be supplied as a 4K ProRes file; I’m happy to work in After Effects, Mocha Pro, Silhouette, or whichever roto tool you prefer, as long as the mask is frame-accurate and free of chatter.
Deliverables:
• Clean, articulated alpha matte (or embedded transparency) matching the original clip length
• Masked foreground rendered in ProRes 4444 or EXR sequence
• Project file so I can make minor tweaks if needed
Turnaround is flexible but sooner is better. Let me know your experience with similar background replacement work and any questions about the shot.
