1 Short video of Maximum of 3 min of One Software I developed

I would like some video of my third product of the website below:

The video must be have at maximum 3 min at lenght and should help my client to see on smartphones, tik tok, instagram....The software is for Windows but the record video should be clear to see in smartphones as well.
I cannot pay too much now but If I found some good video producer I will sure re hire again.
I thnk After effects and Premiere are the best for this.
I have the record video and just need the video edits to turn the video more dinamically and good. I have other references video here.
