Seamlessly Looping Video with Text Overlays

I have a sequence of PNG renders from a 3D project that I’d like to turn into a seamless, infinitely looping short video for promoting my personal brand. This will be sample content for my social media, and if successful, we may have more tasks like this. The video will last 15 seconds, with matching first and last frames to create the loop, and I'd like to overlay some text content during the middle section, around seconds 2 to 6 and 8 to 12.
