Rental Property Video Marketing Package

I already have a Dropbox folder packed with professionally shot lifestyle footage of my short-term rental. What I need now is a complete set of finished videos that feel relaxed and homey while ultimately driving more bookings.

Here’s what I’m after:

• 1 hero video (≈60–90 sec) for my website and YouTube
• 3–4 vertical reels/shorts (15–30 sec) tailored for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
• A shorter teaser (≤10 sec) I can drop into ads or stories
• All clips delivered in high-resolution MP4, optimised for each platform

To hit those goals, please handle the full post-production workflow—selecting the best shots, colour-grading to keep that warm, welcoming vibe, adding royalty-free music, captions, and a subtle logo animation. Two rounds of revisions are included so we can fine-tune pacing and copy until everything feels right.
