Promote New Band Songs Online
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I’m part of a brand-new band and we’ve just dropped two singles. The music is ready; now I need a savvy social-media mind to make sure people actually hear it.
The plan is to push hard on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and even drive listens on Spotify. I’d like short video highlights cut from our studio sessions, eye-catching image posts with the single artwork, Stories/Reels that feel behind-the-scenes, and quick song snippets that hook listeners in the first few seconds. Our sound should land with teens, young adults and older fans alike, so the messaging has to speak broadly without feeling generic.
Here’s what I’m expecting from you:
• A 6 week content calendar that lays out post timing, captions, and hashtags for each platform
• Creation or editing of the actual assets—vertical clips for Reels/TikTok, square/landscape images for feeds, and 15-second audio teasers geared toward Spotify snippets
• Recommendations on boosting key posts and any lightweight ad spend that maximizes reach
• Simple performance tracking so I can see what’s resonating and pivot quickly if needed
If you’re comfortable juggling multiple networks, know how to keep branding consistent, and can turn raw footage or artwork into scroll-stopping content, let’s talk strategy and get these songs into as many ears as possible.
We are a family band. My dad is 68 years old and has never publicly released music. We feel a good marketing angle is the family band and my dad trying to do this at 68 years old
