We’re building a high-volume YouTube + TikTok channel focused on real police bodycam content.
Reference for style/quality:
• Code Blue Cam (this is the level we’re aiming for in pacing, storytelling, and editing quality)
What we need:
• Find high-impact police bodycam footage (recent releases preferred, older is fine if strong)
• Focus on major incidents with strong viewer retention potential
• Edit everything in CapCut
• Deliver fully finished, upload-ready projects
We are NOT looking for routine stops.
We want:
• Vehicle pursuits (primary focus)
• Armed suspects/Armed Truck Robberies
• Officer-involved shootings
• SWAT raids / armed standoffs
• High-risk arrests and fugitive captures
• Major incidents with clear escalation and payoff
Deliverables:
• Raw footage source links
• Transcript
• Final edited video following forensic documentary style:
- Context Block: Narrate dispatch codes, weather conditions, terrain, or legal background first.
- The Action: Play raw footage uninterrupted.
- Mini-Hook: Use still-frame holds to zoom into and explain critical anomalies before returning to the action.
- Captions: Clean, sans-serif (Arial or Montserrat), ALL CAPS, positioned in the low-third safe zone. Include an exported .srt file.
- Maps & Graphics: Minimalist satellite maps showing location details for every incident.
- Forensic Timeline: Timestamped breakdown of key events in the description (initial dispatch, contact, flashpoint, containment, aftermath).
- Metadata Integrity: Include raw source link for verification and a statement regarding educational/transparency policy.
- Interactive Retention: Utilize YouTube's native 'Quiz' feature at key retention drops to drive engagement.
- Editing Discipline: Avoid gaming-style transitions like shakes or flashes; maintain an official case file tone.
