I have a folder full of images—some real photos, some mascot characters—and I want to turn them into scroll-stopping TikTok and Instagram clips with an easy-going, casual feel. Filmora and CapCut are already installed on my laptop, but I keep hitting roadblocks when it comes to importing the stills, adding light motion, syncing everything to music, layering text, and exporting in the right vertical format.

Rather than piecing things together from random tutorials, I’d like a step-by-step, beginner-friendly walkthrough that starts from a blank project and ends with a ready-to-post short video.
