Personal Video Editing

I'm looking for a video editor to help polish a personal project. The raw footage is under 5 minutes. While I haven't decided on specific elements to include, I'm open to your creative input on potential text overlays, transitions and effects, and background music. I would appreciate a freelancer with a strong portfolio in personal video projects, and who can bring an innovative touch to the editing process.
