Particle Effect After Effects Video

I'm looking for a creative freelancer to create sparkly particle effect video in After Effects for a length of 15 seconds or less, using 2D animation and filmed in 4K resolution. This video will be used for a business presentation, so the effects need to be professional and eye-catching. The freelancer must have previous experience in creating similar videos, as well as a great portfolio demonstrating their ability to create high quality content.

Ideally using CC Particle World with a gradient map overlayed.
