Newbie Video Editor for Long Term Project

Hi, I'm looking for an extra video editor who is new to freelancer.
The project is long term and requires converting articles to appealing YouTube content.
Requirements:
- Select and use targeted royalty-free stock video clips (you must have access to Envato stock videos)
- Add stock images and animation (e.g. motion graphics).

- Add subtitles, royalty free sound effects and background music
- Create an attractive thumbnail
