Need SRTs Subtitles made from script.

I have 29 videos that SRT Subtitles made that I can add to the embedded videos. I have the script (they are very short videos) and I just need someone to go in and create SRT files that match the person speaking. It shouldn't take more than a day to do this. Budget is $60. If you can't do it for that price and budget, don't bother bidding.
