Motion graphics and screen replacements for a short film

I wrote and directed a short film and I am looking for some simple motions graphics work and screen replacements -- as I am not very technical, I need someone who will help me create the images that will appear on a cell phone in the short film. I also have some clips where we need to replace fuzzy footage on a TV that we shot practically. I will have provided video footage for a lot of what we see on a television but will need stock video for some of the scenes. It would be a bonus to work with someone who can also do VFX work as I do have several VFX clips that need to be edited as well.
