Mobile-Friendly Logo Animation Modification

I need an existing Envato Adobe After Effects logo animation modified for mobile devices. The animation is fine; I just need the background expanded so that the mobile version can be zoomed out sufficiently to fit a mobile screen top to bottom and have the graphics remain within the borders of a mobile device in portrait layout.

Requirements:

- Background expansion only, no additional modifications needed
