Make Instagram reels from existing footage

I am looking for a freelancer to help me create Instagram reels from existing footage. The reels need to be more than 30 seconds in duration and I have a specific theme/style in mind (funny, creative, engaging). I will need help with 1-3 reels overall. The quality of the finished product needs to be excellent, and I am open to any creative suggestions. Include the rate you would charge for each reel.
