Looking for Animator only for serious bidders

We are looking for vector animator who can create story animations for youtube channel, We aim to produce videos that is very similar to Infographic show, animator should be very good vector flat style illustrator, must be expert in Adobe After effects, don't bid if you do animations in toonly, powtoon kind of tools, this is for the animator who can create animations purely in after effects or toon boom or Adobe animate kind of tools, we need 5 to 10 videos every month. And yes the project is monthly based.
