Interview-Based Documentary Edit

Job ID: 40378275

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I have footage for an educational, interview-driven documentary and need a skilled editor to shape it into a clear, engaging story. The raw material includes multi-camera interview angles, B-roll, and reference stills; everything is already organized by day and topic in separate folders.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Assemble an interview-based narrative that flows logically and keeps the viewer’s attention.
• Layer relevant B-roll over dialogue to illustrate key points and smooth out jump cuts.
• Balance and clean dialogue audio, then mix with light background music I’ll provide.
• Apply consistent color correction and a subtle grade so every shot matches.
• Insert lower-thirds for speaker names/titles and simple on-screen text for dates or locations.
• Deliver the final piece in both 4K ProRes and 1080p H.264, plus a project file (Premiere Pro preferred, but DaVinci Resolve is fine if that’s your workflow).

I’ll supply a rough paper edit with timecodes, music cues, and any critical sound bites to highlight. Turnaround is flexible within two weeks once you receive all assets, and we can schedule quick feedback rounds via shared review links.

If you’re experienced with interview-led documentaries and enjoy crafting educational stories, I’d love to see a sample that shows your pacing, sound work, and color skills.
