Interactive animations - educational -- 2

Need someone to help create short educational interactive 2D cartoon animations - fun/jokes.
Could be video animation that is executed when you click to make decisions.
Works on the web.
I have samples of what I like. sample scripts. screen shots.
Will need voice over, with an option for subtitles.

- A number of short videos about a total of 25 minutes.
