I have a great song, with some footage that needs editing.
My colleague who shot it now has no time to edit. We only have a rough cut, and I have many small changes I'd like made to them. This involves knowledge and ability with After Effects for a special effect.
This project's budget is fixed assumes you'll be patient and willing to make continual adjustments until I'm happy. Write "celery" at the beginning of your proposal so I know you read this.
