I have raw footage that needs to be shaped into eye-catching, 30-second Instagram clips. Each video should flow quickly with smooth transitions, trending effects, and tight pacing so viewers stay hooked from the first frame. I’d like crisp on-screen captions (burned in, not auto-generated), accurate subtitles where dialogue appears, and a final export in high-quality 1080×1920 MP4 ready to upload straight to Reels.
CapCut is my preferred tool because of its built-in effects library, but if you have another workflow that delivers the same result I’m open to it. What matters most is a polished, professional look that feels native to short-form social platforms.
Scope of work
• Take provided footage and produce fully edited, 30-second vertical clips
• Apply smooth transitions, fast pacing, and current visual effects that match the beat of the audio
• Add captions/subtitles with consistent styling and correct timing
• Colour-grade lightly so skin tones remain natural yet vibrant
• Deliver the final video plus an editable project file (CapCut or equivalent)
Acceptance criteria
• Runtime does not exceed 30 seconds
• No awkward jump cuts or dead space; motion feels continuous
• Captions are legible, correctly spelled, and synced
• Final file passes Instagram’s upload specifications without recompression warnings
