I’ll provide you with batches of raw vertical footage and a simple brief for each piece; your task is to transform that material into polished Instagram Reels that elevate our brand image. The goal is brand promotion with a recruitment angle, every reel to feel cohesive, on-brand, and professional—no playful memes, trending styles/themes required.
You’ll have creative freedom on pacing and visual rhythm, as long as the final result looks clean, engaging, and ready for immediate upload to Instagram. Please follow standard Reels specs (1080 × 1920, H.264, AAC audio) and keep file sizes friendly for mobile posting.
Deliverables for each Reel:
• One mastered .mp4 file, 1080 × 1920, optimized for Instagram
• A short changelog noting music, effects, and any color-grading tweaks
