Edit a Composition Template in After Effects

I have a video template in after effects to create a short clip on our team members. In the template, there are only 4 slots for the team members. I need someone who can edit the after effects composition to include another 1 member in the clip. The animation must also be consistent. Just an easy task for those who know how to do it. Will share the .aep file to edit.
