Drone Footage Editing for Real Estate - Motion Graphics

Project: Real Estate Drone Video Editing with Motion Graphics
We are looking for a skilled video editor to create a 2.5-3 minute promotional video using drone footage for a residential plot project in India.

Scope of Work:
- Edit 4K/Full HD drone footage into a smooth cinematic promo
- Add 30–35 motion graphic callouts for nearby landmarks
- Create a map inset animation showing road journey from Delhi to the site (Google Earth style)
- Add tracking effects, property highlight animation, and road path overlays
- Music sync with transitions
- Clean color grading for a professional look
- Branding intro/outro (logo, colors, fonts)

Deliverables:
- Final video (MP4, Full HD or 4K, ~3 min)
- Thumbnail (optional)
- Editable project file (After Effects / Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve)
