I run a fast-growing YouTube channel that explains current geopolitical events. For every episode (8–10 minutes) I will hand you a ready-to-record package: scripted narration, polished voice-over and a rough time-code guide. Your task is to transform that raw material into a tight, documentary-style video that keeps viewers watching until the end.
Here is what I need on each edit:
• Visual storytelling that leans first on recent news clips, supplemented by relevant war footage, historical B-roll and animated or static maps when context demands it.
• Clean, readable subtitles synced to the voice-over.
• Smooth, professional transitions (feel free to mix cuts, fades or slides as the narrative requires, so long as pacing stays sharp).
• A soundtrack built around dramatic, intense background music—no copyright issues, please—balanced so the narration remains clear.
• Colour correction, audio levelling and any lower-thirds or locator text needed to keep information clear.
I value editors who can weave visuals and sound together so the piece feels like a mini-documentary rather than a slideshow. Turn-around is typically five days per video; reliability and good communication are essential because I’m looking to build a long-term partnership with consistent weekly output.
