Design 3D video and graphics from photos and sketches.

Hi,
I am interested in designing educational videos from 2d photos and sketches to live looking 3d videos.
The intention is to explain the Mishna, a old Hebrew code book.
The entire Mishna entails around 4000 codes, each should be a separate video. I will need a few people to work together on it. It may take a while and will be a steady income for right person.
Each Code will be sent with photos and sketches and word file with rough explanation from Hebrew to English.
The text and explanation can be added later in after affects.
All I need for this project is to bring the sketches and photos into live 3d view.
Some videos will only need a few scenes others will need more.
I want to pay form $50 to $150 per video.
I would like to see a sample of Mishna 13 2 for this contest and if its good I would want to assign you right away to start many more for right price to be agreed upon.
