Description:
I’m looking for a professional YouTube video editor & channel manager who is an expert in DaVinci Resolve and understands how to grow and optimize a YouTube channel.
The role includes:
• Editing 4K YouTube videos (8–12 minutes, with engaging pacing, hooks, graphics, sound design, and storytelling).
• Uploading videos directly to YouTube with proper titles, descriptions, tags, playlists, and scheduling.
• Creating high-quality custom thumbnails (AI-generated images can be used).
• Using AI tools (for thumbnails, B-roll, captions, graphics) to improve efficiency and creativity.
• Optimizing videos for audience retention, SEO, and click-through rate (CTR).
• Monitoring performance and suggesting improvements based on analytics.
Requirements:
• Proven experience editing YouTube content (portfolio or channel required).
• Expert in DaVinci Resolve (color grading, effects, transitions, sound design).
• Knowledge of AI tools for image/video generation.
• Understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and growth strategies.
• Ability to deliver ready-to-publish 4K videos.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience creating YouTube Shorts / TikTok / IG Reels.
• Graphic design for thumbnails.
• Familiarity with automation tools for workflows.
