We are a growing digital media agency specializing in short-form content (Reels, Shorts), YouTube video editing, and brand storytelling. We're on the lookout for skilled and creative video editors who can bring fresh energy, strong editing sense, and quick turnarounds to client projects.
Responsibilities:
• Edit Reels/Shorts/YouTube videos with engaging pacing and attention-grabbing hooks
• Add subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, and sound effects as needed
• Color grade and audio mix for a polished final product
• Work with brand guidelines or creative direction provided
• Revise videos based on feedback promptly
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in:
o Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve
o After Effects (Bonus)
o CapCut or mobile editing (for quick reels, bonus)
• Understanding of:
o Storytelling & social media trends
o Hook-first editing style
o Modern typography & motion design
o YouTube editing style (MrBeast-style cuts, zoom-ins, memes)
What We’re Looking For:
• A strong portfolio of short-form or long-form edits (non-negotiable)
• Quick turnaround times (1–3 days per project)
• Reliable and proactive
• Open to ongoing freelance collaboration
• Able to work under minimal supervision
