Creating 2-3 seconds of motion graphic video

Hi, I personally have already great 2-3 seconds graphic video but it's literally Powerpoint slides show, the color looks nice but it lacks that motion effect. I want to turn my current graphics into something like this https://youtu.be/LnXU0Q5QHk0
