Create a plugin for Adobe After Effects (.jsx or .jsxbin)

we are looking for an individual that can create a plugin for Adobe After Effects (.jsx or .jsxbin).
Behaviour:
Given the user has a composition selected, the user click on "plugin panel button", which opens a modal.
This modal shows multiple buttons, each one allowing to create a new composition from preset, or a custom composition.
By clicking on a button in the modal, the composition that was already selected is "Wrapped" into this new composition.
