Create Product Photo Posts and Video Reels ads for Instagram

Looking to hire a person or a company who has experience in making product presentation ads, and shop ads, for instgram. The candidate should be able to show previous ad samples. We are looking for an expert ad maker who can take our raw footage and images, implement his expertise with photshop and premier editing, after effects, transitions, motion graphic, creating audio or music over, integrate all these into a final eye catching ad that stands alone.
Candidate should be able to provide several samples of previous works, something he or she is proud of. If accepted, this can turn to a long-term relationship.
After the review of the samples, if the person is qualified, we require the creation of a sample ad from our footage, and images. The candidate will be paid for making the sample ad. According to the regular market price. After reviewing the sample, and if the person was able to provide the satisfactory ad, we require a new proposal for monthly price of making 4 videos and 4 photo posts for us. In addition he should be able to provide monthly report of the ads, and their ROI.
