Convert slide menu to motion graphics

Looking for someone who can take illustrator or photoshop files and create short 10-30 second animations.
Bringing to life slides with elements and presets. 1st project has 4 slides..

Please check the attached 1 TV menu slide

- I have 2-3 projects ready to go if you can start now
- Would need to have access to the after effects or Premiere Pro files after.

all images in PNG format can be provided separately if needed.
