About the Project
-We are producing a cinematic, personality-driven show blending music, storytelling, and strong visual identity.
-This is a public-facing project with high standards. Episodes should feel immersive, intentional, and elevated — not simply recorded and uploaded.
-All enhancement happens in post-production.
Scope of Work
-Full episode edit (45–75 minutes)
-Multi-cam editing
-Clean audio polish
-Dynamic pacing
-Cinematic color balance
-Polished final delivery
Motion Graphics & Visual Enhancement
-Looking for an editor who can integrate refined post-production enhancements when appropriate, such as:
-Stylized lighting or environmental enhancements blended into footage
-Subtle atmospheric texture (haze, particles, glow)
-Music-driven visual accents
-Clean, modern title sequences and lower thirds
-Enhancements should feel cinematic and intentional — never distracting or gimmicky.
Ideal Candidate
-Advanced proficiency in Premiere and After Effects (or equivalent)
-Strong compositing and tracking skills
-Confident working on talent-driven, public-facing content
-Strong instincts for pacing and emotional rhythm
-Discretion and professionalism
-Experience with performance, music, or documentary-style editing is a plus.
