Cinematic Instagram Reel Creation for Café Footage

I’m looking for a professional video editor to create a cinematic Instagram reel from my travel footage of New York Café in Budapest, often called the most beautiful café in the world.
The reel must feel grand, elegant, immersive, and visually stunning — similar to the style of luxury travel reels or high-end content creators on Instagram.
